Release date:2026-10-10

Project Overview

EPG Modular Data Center is a data center infrastructure company serving international markets. With extensive product documentation, technical resources, and project information, EPG needed a consistent way to communicate its expertise and capabilities to audiences overseas through LinkedIn.

Landelion took on the ongoing content management of EPG's existing LinkedIn account. Our work covered editorial planning, English-language copywriting, visual design, publishing, and monthly performance reviews, with content plans adjusted as the client's business activities evolved.

By the end of the engagement, EPG's LinkedIn follower base was approximately 9.3 times its starting size. A total of 104 posts were published, generating nearly 600,000 content impressions over the service period.

Over the course of the engagement, EPG's LinkedIn account gradually returned to a consistent publishing rhythm. The content also became more varied, moving beyond company news, event updates, and product introductions to cover project delivery, technical applications, and broader industry topics.

The Challenges

01 | Making Complex Technical Information Accessible

Data center infrastructure brings together several highly specialized fields, from power systems and cooling to high-density computing and the coordination of different technical systems.

The source materials contained substantial technical detail, but publishing them as they stood would often bury the main point. The challenge was to identify what mattered most to readers, structure the information clearly, and preserve the technical accuracy that a professional audience expects.

02 | Bringing Scattered Business Updates into a Coherent Plan

Product updates, project deliveries, manufacturing developments, and industry events all created opportunities for content. But these materials came from different parts of the business and at different times.

To maintain a consistent LinkedIn presence, the information needed to be collected, assessed, and organized into an editorial plan rather than handled as a series of isolated announcements.

03 | Balancing Different Content Priorities

EPG's LinkedIn presence needed to do more than introduce products and solutions. It also had to communicate technical knowledge, share project developments, and reflect the company's involvement in its industry.

The challenge was to find the right balance between these content types, so the account could present a broader picture of EPG's capabilities while maintaining a manageable publishing schedule.

Our Approach: From Business Knowledge to Consistent Content

01 | Build the Content Calendar Around Real Business Activity

We started with what was happening inside the business. Product and solution information, manufacturing updates, project progress, industry exhibitions, and company news all provided starting points for content.

From there, Landelion considered relevant industry developments, what other companies in the sector were publishing, and the performance of previous posts. These inputs helped shape and refine monthly editorial plans, balancing regular professional content with important business milestones.

Trade shows offer a good example. Rather than limiting coverage to event announcements and on-site updates, we also developed content around the products and solutions being presented. This kept the communication connected to EPG's actual business, rather than treating the exhibition as a standalone event.

Between major events, we continued drawing topics from existing technical materials and project experience, helping maintain a reliable flow of relevant, professional content.

02 | Reframe Technical Information for LinkedIn

For a technical B2B company, writing in English is rarely just a matter of translating a product sheet. A technical document may be accurate and comprehensive, yet still need a different starting point, structure, and tone to work well on LinkedIn.

Before drafting, Landelion considered which information would be useful to the intended audience and how readers would approach the topic. We then reorganized the material around those priorities, keeping the technical substance while making the content easier to follow.

For example, when covering power-related topics, we did not simply lead with equipment features. Instead, we approached the subject through the power requirements involved in planning a data center project, connecting technical information with a practical project consideration.

For another set of posts on cooling and heat recovery, we first worked through how the different technical processes related to one another. Only then did we structure the information into LinkedIn copy and visuals that readers could follow more easily.

03 | Make Visual Design Part of the Communication

Visual design was not simply a matter of adding an image to an English-language post. Different subjects called for different ways of presenting information.

Product content benefited from authentic product imagery. Technical topics required a clear hierarchy of information, while event coverage placed greater emphasis on timeliness and a sense of what was happening on site.

Working with EPG's existing product, project, and event materials, Landelion developed both single-image and multi-image posts. For more information-heavy topics, we paid particular attention to how headlines, visuals, and technical details worked together, keeping the content readable while maintaining consistency with the client's brand identity.

04 | Maintain a Steady Rhythm and Adapt When Needed

The content program was planned on a monthly basis and reviewed regularly, with enough flexibility to respond to developments in the business.

Routine content followed the agreed publishing schedule. When important company news, project developments, or industry events came up, the schedule could be adjusted to reflect what was most relevant at the time.

Monthly reviews looked at follower numbers, impressions, engagement, and the performance of different content topics. These findings, together with changes in EPG's business activities, informed adjustments to subsequent editorial plans.

Keeping Technical Expertise Visible on LinkedIn

For technical B2B companies, a consistent LinkedIn presence involves more than keeping the account active. It means turning the product knowledge, technical expertise, and project experience that the business generates every day into content that international audiences can understand and return to.

The EPG engagement reflects how Landelion brings together editorial planning, English-language writing, visual design, and day-to-day content management to support that ongoing work.
