Project Background

In recent years, various departments have implemented practical policies to simplify visa processes and optimize payment systems, facilitating smoother interactions between China and the rest of the world in terms of personnel, trade, and tourism. Trip.com Group, in alignment with these favorable policies, has been proactive in driving innovations in products, content, and technology, consistently enhancing the inbound and outbound travel experience. These efforts have enabled Trip.com Group and its domestic and international tourism partners to share in the benefits of China’s growing cross-border travel market. To further capitalize on the opportunities in cross-border travel, Trip.com Group organized the Envision 2024 Global Partner Conference, inviting over 1,600 foreign tourism professionals from more than 50 countries and regions to discuss the development prospects of China’s cross-border tourism market.

Landelion provided simultaneous interpretation services in five language pairs: Chinese-English, Chinese-Korean, Chinese-Japanese, English-Korean, and English-Japanese with a total of 10 interpreters, and real-time English shorthand services for the conference.
