I. Project Background

From September 5th to 7th, the 2024 Inclusion Conference on The Bund—a highly anticipated global economic and cultural summit—was held in Shanghai, gathering top-tier entrepreneurs, academics, and industry leaders from around the world. This prestigious event served as a platform for discussing future global economic trends, technological innovations, and new chapters in cultural convergence. With a truly international audience, it marked a pivotal moment for deepening exchanges between China and the rest of the world.

As a leading language service provider in China, Landelion capitalized on its exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and professional conference interpretation team to become the official language partner for the 2024 Inclusion Conference. II. Project Difficulties & Challenges

1.Tight Timeline: The project commenced just two weeks prior to the conference, necessitating rapid mobilization of interpreters, simultaneous interpretation (SI) equipment, and the formulation and execution of detailed plans.

2.Multilingual Precision Matching: The conference topics spanned multiple fields including fintech, AI, and healthcare, requiring interpreters with specialized knowledge and high-level qualifications. Finding such interpreters during peak conference seasons presented significant challenges.

3.High Equipment Demand: Nearly 3,000 sets of simultaneous interpretation equipment were required, placing stringent demands on quality, quantity, and logistical support.
